Reliable, convenient, and economical: they provide uninterrupted, high-quality drying. Their basis is the design of the classic mobile dryer. No permits, paperwork, or foundation construction are required. Phoenix dryers have a high-mounted fresh-grain hopper with level sensors that allow uniform accumulation of the grain mass and loading control. Thus, no top auger is needed. Moving mechanisms are based on reliable bearing units.
The ZSM-1412, ZSK-01–04 dryers operate according to the temperature modes set by the operator (the person responsible for the drying process). The burner’s hot air temperature is set depending on the crop being dried. The operating manual contains a list of recommended temperatures, and it is also available in the “recipes” menu on the main screen of the control panel. The drying process depends on the grain temperature, which can be adjusted by the operator through the settings. The approximate range of burner temperature (with an ambient temperature of 10°C) is within specified limits.

Advantages
- Phoenix-type grain dryers can operate both in batch mode and in continuous mode. Grain Dryer ZSP-1211 works only in batch mode.
- Grain is loaded, then the drying process occurs, after which the cooling and unloading process begins. Grain Dryer ZSM-1412 can work in both continuous and batch modes, since both fans are equipped with burners and can operate in cooling and drying modes simultaneously or alternately.
- Energy savings are doubled + using propane-butane saves from 20% to 30%. Propane-butane consumption per ton of moisture: ZSP-1211 (50 t/day) is 2.2–2.4 L/t, ZSM-1412 (100 t/day) is 1.8–2.2 L/t%. Explanation: if you need to remove 10% moisture from one ton of grain, you will need 20 liters of gas per ton. If 5%, you need 10 liters of gas.
- Using Phoenix, productivity can be increased by heating the entire unit or adding an additional module.
- Reliable components (burner, engine, rollers) and ease of use.
- Commissioning by qualified factory personnel + a 1-year warranty with a specialist visit to the site in 6 months!
- Fast communication
- Lower price compared to similar models
- Standard components of European production
- European standard for equipment energy consumption
- Aluminum fans instead of plastic
